Merchants Bank of Indiana is a regional bank headquartered in Carmel, Indiana, with expertise across the industry, including residential mortgage banking, personal finance, business banking (including small business lending), agricultural lending, mortgage warehouse financing and traditional community banking. Merchants Bank is a subsidiary of Merchants Bancorp, a diversified bank holding company. Merchants Bank also owns Merchants Capital, a leading national multifamily lender of multifamily, affordable, senior and student housing.
