Merchants Bancorp (NASDAQ: MBIN) today announces that subsidiaries Merchants Bank of Indiana and Merchants Capital have been recognized with several awards from the Top Workplaces Program, including as a winner of the Central Indiana Top Workplaces 2023 award.
Employees took an anonymous employee engagement survey administered by Energage LLC, which was then submitted for a variety of industry, regional and national recognition opportunities. The survey also uniquely measured 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, such as alignment, execution, connection and more.
In addition to recognition as the Central Indiana Top Workplace of 2023, Merchants Bank was honored with five national culture excellence awards, in the categories of purpose and values, compensation and benefits, innovation, work-life flexibility and leadership.
