Merchants Mortgage, a division of Merchants Bank of Indiana today announces the hiring of Stacy Frazier as a residential mortgage loan originator. Frazier brings more than 20 years of mortgage lending experience to the team.
Frazier has served the mortgage industry as a mortgage loan originator and business development manager, most recently the Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership (INHP) where she was responsible for originating first mortgages, second mortgages, and down payment assistance loans, among other duties.
Frazier has been recognized seven times as a Five Star Mortgage Professional and is passionate about helping borrowers achieve home ownership or refinance their existing property, leading them through the process. She is a graduate of Marian University.
As a mortgage loan originator, Frazier will consult with clients and prospects regarding their home borrowing needs, and she is experienced in working with a variety of residential mortgage loan types. She has extensive experience working with first-time homebuyers and current home owners, where she provides guidance, support and consistent communication throughout the entire process.
