CARMEL, Ind. – Merchants Mortgage announces today the hiring of Patty Cummins as a mortgage loan originator in Carmel, Indiana. Cummins brings more than 30 years of mortgage lending experience to the team.
Cummins has served the mortgage industry as a mortgage loan originator, home loan consultant, mortgage processor and mortgage servicing manager. She is a graduate of Indiana State University and is an All In One Loan Certified Mortgage Professional.
As a mortgage loan originator, Cummins will consult with clients and prospects, regarding their home borrowing needs, and she is experienced in working with a variety of mortgage loan types. Cummins has extensive experience working with first-time homebuyers and current home owners, where she provides guidance, support and consistent communication throughout the entire process.
